Shipping & Return Policy

At Forgotten Flavours, we are dedicated to delivering our products in a timely manner.

 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, with standard shipping typically taking 5-7 business days, or depending on which shipping method you choose. You will be provided with a tracking number.

 

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt, if the product is unused and still in its packaging. The shipping cost to return is the customer's responsibility. There are no refunds on shipping. If the return is approved, we will refund your payment once the product has been received on our end, if the product is sealed and undamaged.
